When Suez acquired eGEE, I stayed in the same offices with the same team, now under the group’s responsibility. My scope grew. I led V2 of the Agence mobile, a far more complete version of the customer portal, which became the company’s best-selling product, used by nearly 70% of its clients. Accessibility stayed non-negotiable: every change had to keep meeting WCAG level AA, and I relied on what I had learned alongside the ergonomists to keep user journeys simple. I also took on side products, including an Ionic tablet app for Android and Windows that lets agents read meters in the field and run remote meter reading.
