• Built a Notion-like shared memory (pages and SQLite databases) that agents use to hand work to each other.
• Proved it with a TikTok channel produced and published 100% by agents, three times a day.

• Joined Edenred+, the single app replacing Edenred’s country-specific mobile apps, and took the lead of the Cards feature team two weeks later: two Flutter developers, two .NET developers, a dedicated PO and QA, and himself as a full-stack developer.
• Saw his team’s scope grow over the years: cards first, then payments, transactions and, more recently, card delivery tracking.
• Owns the architecture choices (DDD, CQRS, microservices) and documents them (BPMN, data models, interface contracts) to help the PO get tickets ready, then validates every pull request that touches the team’s microservices.
• Built AI into how the team works: dedicated skills, GitHub Copilot approved at group level, and Claude agents plugged into Azure DevOps pull requests to improve review quality and speed.
• Takes turns as delivery manager for all four feature teams: shipping each release to production with QA, and monitoring production through the Datadog dashboards and Teams alerts he set up.

.NET Lead Developer, Admin team (freelance)

• Joined as a freelance senior developer and was made Lead Developer of the Admin team three weeks later: eight people, PO included, in charge of the APIs and admin interfaces for money pots.
• Helped rebuild Leetchi entirely from scratch (DDD domains, microservices, APIs, user journeys, UX), shipped to production in 9 months with no issues at all, whether on performance, user experience or data migration.
• Broke down and estimated the team’s scope, then challenged the CTO on which features to drop to stay within budget, such as spending a money pot at partner merchants.
• Rebuilt the screening, know-your-customer (KYC), fraud prevention and anti-money-laundering tools, and secured access to the admin interface through the company’s Active Directory.

Co-owner

Helps rental investors pick the right tax regime, then files their returns. SaaS co-owned with my cousin.

• Turned the Excel file built by my cousin and his chartered accountants into a calculation engine that compares tax regimes from each investor’s own situation.
• Built the whole platform on my own: marketing site, API, client back office, accountant back office and admin back office.
• Shipped a V2 that redesigns the apps and adds e-invoicing, in line with the French reform.

Tech Lead .NET

France’s #1 real-estate portal (think Zillow) · AVIV Group (Axel Springer)

• Rebuilt the AVIV Group’s geographic reference service from scratch: OpenStreetMap data and in-house layers ingested continuously, then served through event-driven read models.
• Pushed the Elasticsearch autocomplete search to its best performance, with relevance driven by administrative levels, phonetic matching and an alias system he introduced.
• Built an Angular demo app that made the team’s work visible to stakeholders at every sprint review.
• After AVIV acquired MeilleursAgents, merged his Geo team with MeilleursAgents’ and reconciled both teams’ layers for eight of the group’s sites.

Co-founder & CTO

Co-founded SaaS publisher in Meylan · SortieSport, AgilyBox, AgilyBox Entraide · community management and engagement

• Designed and delivered the technical platform behind three SaaS products end to end: SortieSport (a web and mobile app to find sports partners, then SortieSport PRO for sports professionals), AgilyBox (white-label CRM, CMS, scheduling, sign-ups and online payment) and AgilyBox Entraide.
• Evolved a single technical base from a consumer app into a white-label B2B offer for local authorities and companies, keeping pace with each commercial pivot.
• About twenty professional clients on SortieSport PRO (coaches, wellness practitioners, EMS studios, gyms) and nearly eight white-label contracts on AgilyBox, including Inovallée, STMicroelectronics and the city of Carpentras.
• In April 2020, launched AgilyBox Entraide, a free mutual-aid platform between residents, rolled out by Carpentras, Fréjus, Saint-Raphaël, Tassin-la-Demi-Lune and Dieulefit, and covered by the press.
• Owned product architecture and technology choices with full autonomy: C# Web API backend, client websites generated by the CMS (ASP.NET MVC and Vue.js), Angular admin interface, Flutter mobile apps, hosting on Azure and OVH.
• Exposed the platform through APIs that Inovallée fully integrated into its own apps.

Global water and waste management group

• After Suez acquired eGEE, led V2 of the Agence mobile, the flagship product of the range, sold to nearly 70% of clients, keeping WCAG level AA compliance at minimum and a high bar on ergonomics.
• Designed an Ionic tablet app (Android and Windows) that lets field agents read meters and run remote meter reading.
• Led agile (Scrum) teams as Tech Lead and Scrum Master, and coordinated technical work.
• Took part in modernizing the information system and gradually migrating some applications to .NET Core.

.NET Software Architect

Business software publisher for water, electricity, gas and waste utilities

• Joined straight out of school as a .NET developer (C#, VB.NET), maintained the WPF desktop client and the WebForms portals, then quickly grew into an architect role.
• Designed and structured the new generation of web portals meant to fully replace the desktop client, built with ASP.NET MVC and jQuery: cross-cutting architectures, validation of technical choices.
• Built this new solution in close collaboration with pilot clients and a firm of ergonomics experts.
• Designed and built V1 of the Agence mobile, the customer portal for water, electricity, gas and waste users: bills and consumption history, requests to the utility. WCAG level AA compliance at minimum, a mandatory requirement for the portal.
